14,000 SF Commercial Renovation / New Addition: This project was a complete gut renovation including new MEP Systems, Insulation, Windows, Doors, Metal Studs, Drywall, New Roof, All new Interior Finishes, Asphalt Paving, and Landscaping. The New Addition consisted of a Ground Faced Block Elevator Tower, Structural Steel Framing, Aluminum Storefront and Curtain wall, and new elevator. Approximately 7,000 Sf was designed and constructed for the Carnegie Library and the remaining spaces were designed and constructed for non-profit office tenants. This Building was designed and constructed to the very strict Passive House energy standards.
