This project consists of interior and exterior destructive testing and demolition of an occupied apartment building. Select walls were opened up to examine hidden structural elements as well
other hidden conditions to assist the design team in establishing project details and the scope of necessary repairs. All Walls were patched and repaired to their original condition upon completion of inspections. In addition NELCON, Inc. is providing cost estimating services throughout the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document Phases of the project.
