Located just outside Southside’s historic district, 900 Sarah Street was a large-scale commercial office renovation. The client desired a full upgrade to their existing space while maintaining the structures’ original character and industrial past.

Complete new mechanical, electrical and life safety systems were implemented, creating a more comfortable work environment.

Exposed brick, steel beams, concrete columns, and existing hand painted billboard Ads were preserved while implementing new modern finishes transforming both floors into luxurious office space. The communal gathering places and shared office space encourage productivity and collaboration.
