Located in Squirrell Hill, Maxon Towers is a 12-story mixed use apartment building with 144 residential apartment units and retail spaces on the first floor and basement.

The goal of this project was to update all of the common areas of the building including the main lobby, managers suite, business center, conference rooms, mail room, elevator lobbies and 13 floors of common corridors. A new ADA manlift was also incorporated into the overall design to provide accessible access to the rear plaza.

In addition to the main buildings’ interior, a ground up ancillary structure was built in the rear plaza that offers tenants a new community room, restrooms, yoga room and Gym.

Exterior amenity upgrades included all new landscaping, planting area for tenant gardens, exterior seating, outdoor grilling area, a playground and new tennis, pickle ball and basketball court.
