There are 35 affordable units spanning both properties, 20 are in the 3350 Penn Ave property and 15 are located within the 207 34th street property. In total there are 31 one-bedrooms, 3 two-bedrooms, and 1 three-bedroom unit. The apartments are available to rent for households that make less than 60% of the area’s median income. Eight units are designated for people with physical or intellectual disabilities.
The development also features 1,000 SF of first-floor commercial space leased to community-oriented use, an outdoor patio, secure bike parking, energy-efficient building systems, onsite laundry, and onsite garage parking.
